YouTele com Internet speed

I am using a 192 mbps unlimited downloads plan, which has a fee of rs 450 pr month, with YouTele Com.

My real world download speed on Friday night at 11:00 pm is 116 kbps download and 95 kbps upload, with a ping latency of 630 ms. Good enough connection for most browsing purposes. Not too good for heavy uploads and too much of Vimeo/YouTube video viewing. But the cost is good. My monthly bills are seldom more than Rs 650 or so.
